Renovated in 2006 house, originally built up in 1930 in middle European style, located in Gorsko Novo Selo village, 35 apart from Veliko Tarnovo, 25 km from Elena and 7 km from Zlataritza. The main house is two storey. Ground floor which consist big cellar isn't renovated.

Renovation include: General repair of roof and dash; change of broken roof tiles and put a thermo insulation. Repair all cracks inside walls and repainted.
